Over the last several years a few parties have emerged aimed at Italian
voters in the Overseas Constituency (Circoscrizione Estero) that are entitled to
electing 2% of the parliamentary seats. A recently founded one for North and
Central America is "Insieme per gli Italiani", that has its seat in
Philadelphia. It has contested the elections in 2013, but gained no seat. The
symbol shows on a blue field the party name in white, a stripe in the Italian
colours, a couple of white stars and the territory of activity (Centro e Nord
America). The flag shows the logo on a colour gradient from green to white to
red [1,2,3,4].
